Elmax Steel Is Good For Knives
The Towser K Blade made from ELMAX steel. Elmax steel is very hard with excellent edge retention and wear resistance. Then add its corrosion resistance, and you win. What really makes it unique is that, somehow, despite its high hardness, it is also quite tough, and it is not as hard to grind as other super steels.
